Rover’s Retreat Boarding Kennels strive for excellence in looking after your best friend. We pride ourselves on providing a bright and fun environment with impeccable cleanliness. We are a small kennel that caters for up to 20 dogs, so you can be assured that your best friend will receive personalised attention during his or her stay.
Inspections always welcome.

We offer individual shady outside runs during the day, with synthetic turf and a paddling pool for those warmer days and large inside kennels that are well insulated at night. Beds, blankets and toys are supplied or alternatively you can bring your own. There are two choices of food on offer: Advance dog biscuits are a super premium food whose entire range is Australian Made and provide a complete balance of all the vitamins, mineral and nutrients; Nutro Natural Choice is also a premium dog food that is formulated free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Both foods offer a range from puppy, small breed, adult, weight control to senior. |
| Service Facilities: |
Dogs requiring special attention for any reason eg Advanced age, blind, deaf or arthritic etc are welcome. Procedures are in place to cater for such animals so their stay is as enjoyable as their fellow canine friends. Your dog must have a current C5 vaccination certificate upon arrival. All vaccinations and boosters must be completed 14 days prior to the commencement of boarding. All dogs must be treated for fleas on arrival. With the love and attention we provide your dog will never be bored and with the added option of creating your dogs very own personalised activity schedule means happy hounds are easily made. A complimentary hydro bath for dogs staying 7 nights or more. |
